illailla 79 Posted March 11, 2017 I'm about to be 9 months out and have been hoovering around the same weight for two months. Has that happened to anyone else? Did it eventually break for you? I budged a inch in waist but nothing else measurement wise.
Farcaster 80 Posted March 11, 2017 If you're waist size is decreasing even though your weight is not, that is a good sign. You might be putting on more muscle mass, which is heavier than fat. So, while you may be losing fat, you don't go down in overall weight. 1 illailla reacted to this
redliner 2 Posted March 15, 2017 I had the same issue at one year out. For three months I stayed within about a 3 pound range, and I still had 30 - 40 lbs to go. It made no sense to me as I was averaging about 1700 - 1800 calories a day, and as a still somewhat fat 6 foot tall guy who works out 3- 4 times a week, that's not a lot. I was always hitting 80- 90 grams of Protein, but truth be told I had allowed junk back into my diet, even at my relatively low calorie range. I switched up my eating habits and am now doing low carb/keto, and the weight is coming off again. As I approach goal, I'll start adding in more healthy carbs. 2 Ignatius and illailla reacted to this
