Drinking with meals washes all the food from your pouch. I always go on liquids for 24 hours if I throw up. I really don't even mind going on liquids to rest my stoma and pouch. I always lose when I am back on liquids.

Do you guys have to pay for your fills? I have just found out that under my contract I only get two fills and after that they are £100 (£200 dollars) What a bummer!
