I finished my supervised diet and paperwork was submitted on 3/6. They told me it would be 2-15 business days, which seems like forever! Hopefully I will get an answer soon :).

Who's your insurance carrier? I was told it could take as long as 30 days to hear back from my insurance company (Anthem BCBS). :(

I have BCBS TX and it took one week. Everything was submitted on Valentines Day and I was approved on the 21st of Feb. My surgery is March 20th. Just be patient and pray.. (Be patient coming from the person that called the insurance company EVERYDAY) [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji53][emoji53][emoji17][emoji17][emoji17]

LOL! I know! My paperwork was submitted last Friday and I've called Monday and Wednesday. It has taken everything within me NOT to call today! Ha!

Congrats to you, ThickGirl5683! Your surgery date will be here before you know it!

Mine was submitted 2/28 and I was approved on 3/2. I have Anthem BCBS. I was told with my specific employer plan, it would take 5 business days to get a decision.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
