godblessedchild 30 Posted October 16, 2017 I have my Protein in the morning like a shake or egg scrambled, I eat my tuna with a roll, diet tea or 7-up, or a MP3. I do get sweet cravings and eat some Cookies or a piece of candy. For some reason I don't feel full anymore, I feel like my sleeve was not done right. Berry78 4,261 Posted October 16, 2017 It's normal to be able to fit more in at a year postop. This is why you have to pay attention to what goes on your plate, not just how much. It's still about calories, and some foods have a lot of calories and not much satiety (i.e. cookies). Some of us can't handle grains. Since you are getting sweet cravings, that is one of the first things to cut out (grains.. especially white flour). Put your tuna on a bed of lettuce instead of bread. Or try eating just the tuna with a little bit of dressing. Solid Protein by itself is more filling. Eat out of little 8oz bowls. That will help limit your portion sizes. Beans are super filling. One egg with a cup of beans and some salsa is da bomb... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
