I've never seen this. Where can you buy it from?

https://www.kettleandfire.com

It is a little pricey, but if you compare the ingredients of this product to "bone broth" purchased at the grocery store, it becomes obvious that this is a higher quality product. The packages are also smaller than the store bought ones, but I really like this stuff. I just warm it up and sip it. I found it by reading this article:

https://wellnessmama.com/5888/how-to-make-bone-broth/

There is a detailed explanation of how to prepare it from scratch. So if you have the time to make your own that would probably be even better. I work 12 hour night shifts so I chose to buy it. I have it auto shipped once a month and it costs me around $71 for eight 16.9oz packages.

A slow cooker is a great tool for making broths. Plop bone-in meat, Water, and seasonings in it, and leave for 8-12 hours. Strain and chill. Skim off the fat. Voila. Use the meat for another recipe. Do this once or twice a week. Separating the meat from the bones is the most time consuming part.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
