Hi All,

Just curious how long you all lost weight for. Was it 6 months, 9 months, a year? Just curious on the average amount of time. I know it slows down, but wondering. I am at the 4 month mark, doing everything right so far, Protein, liquids and exercise and I feel it's a little slow. I am fine with that, as long as it all comes off. Starting weight was 311, was 255 today, so yes, I know that is good, just seems a little slower than others I read on here.
