Could back hurting be a sign of fullness?

Recommended Posts

Absolutely!! That happened to me twice and I am very careful now. I didn't eat to much but ate ice cream, (never again) and then chocolate which I don't really care for. You also might break out in a cold sweat and get a really crappy feeling in your stomach.

That sounds like you dumped, which can happen when we consume sugar and/or fatty foods.

This happens to me first my stomach hurts and then the back pain starts it's hard to know when you're full because for me the first signal is belly pain I stop but then have to wait the pain out

You don't have to eat something with to much fat or sugar to feel sick. There are times I'm eating something, and it's really good, and I might feel "just right" but I have just one more bite - and that one bite will put me over the edge. Then the back hurts and I feel horrible. It takes about 30 minutes to feel better. You just have to listen to your stomach and stop before that last bite.
