I have noticed that everyone looks amazing in their after pictures but I have a question?

For those of you that have a lot of extra skin in the stomach area how do you cover it up with your clothes? From the pictures I would never be able to tell any of you have extra skin. Do you wear something underneath your clothes or is the skin just not that noticeable?
