7 months out. Goal weight! Maintaining!?

I had my sleeve on 9-23-16.

I was at weighing

352 lbs and wearing size 44 jeans and xxxl shirts

I am currently weighing

209 lbs and wearing size 34 jeans and large shirts.

My goal was 212 which I have surpassed. I'm okay with were I am now and am beyond happy with my success. I am currently looking for tips on maintaining my current weight. I am comfortable in my skin. And just want to tone. I won't lie to anyone I have not worked out consistent like I should have I just have a physical job which helped me. My goal now is to start to tone. Does anyone have any recommendations on pre-workout or maintaining your comfortable weight!?

Great job! I was sleeved a few days after you and am almost at 80lbs gone. Your transformation is amazing!
As for toning up, I would suggest consulting a trainer. They really are worth the investment as they learn your needs and strengths and create a Program for your goals.
