I'm not a coffee drinker, never have been but I am a big fan of Iced Tea and drink it a couple times a week. I don't use Decaf tea and the caffeine in the tea does not seem to have any negative effect on me.

I highly recommend using Premier Protein drinks especially the BUTTERSCOTCH flavor as creamer, it awesome!!!
