Rosymsp 4 Posted June 21, 2017 Hi there, I am 7 years out and had lost 75 pounds. I have put 50 pounds back on. No excuse. I have had a divorce after an unexpected near foreclosure and had to short-sale my family home and move with three kids. I don't want to live this way again and any more. I don't get full snacking, but do get full quickly in meals. Can my sleeve still work if I go back to eating like post surgery? I know I have done bad and truly am asking for your support. You are not bad. You are human and as humans we don't always do what's best for ourselves. You've been through a horrible time but maybe now you can make a plan to get back on track. I've been in a period of regain myself and I've finally gotten back on track. My motivation is my young daughter and I don't want to go around naked. My summer clothes are all tight and I refuse to buy more in a bigger size. I started writing everything down and planning my high Protein low carb meals which is helping me resist my binge foods. I'm sure you can do it too. Good luck.
felloff17 10 Posted July 14, 2017 Great news!! I restricted my eating to only Protein, vegetables and blueberries and lost 17 lbs this month!! No sugar or processed food whatsoever. I feel absolutely amazing. I was so down trodden and depressed. I visited the dietitian at my Bariatric office and followed her plan to the T. I'd be happy to share details if you'd like. We can do it!! 2 ProudGrammy and Emailkariann reacted to this
