Tuesday I get my surgery..... My question is I was around 2nd hand smoke will that effect surgery?

As long as you're not living in a sealed house with second hand smoke for the next week, you should be perfectly fine. It's mostly the actual smoking that will give you issues. Second hand, while impacting, is slower to harm than directly smoking the cigarette.
