James Marusek 5,244 Posted March 3, 2017 I found that softer foods (such as chili and soups) went down much easier than harder foods such as steaks. So this is what I used. OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted March 6, 2017 I keep my food really simple. As a single person that is easier for me and I don't get stuck with leftovers. I just eat dense Protein.
