LivsMum 9 Posted March 4, 2017 What about the Gummy Vitamins? Anyone have info on those. They seem to b all I can take. In Multivitamin and Calcium. I also do 1 Vitamin D drop at night. My nutritionist cautioned me about gummies as they can contain high amounts of sugar. You want to watch for that.I use the Celebrate brand of chewable vitamins and supplements and they taste fine, with the exception of Iron, which I could not tolerate. I went to the Patch MD iron Patches and so far so good.

trekker954 421 Posted March 10, 2017 Patch MD multi. Slap it on. I put mine on overnight. Leave it on for 8 hours. Absorbs thru the skin. Cleveland clinic is happy with my blood results. I also use B12 patch. I'm 7 months out. You can buy it on this website store.

As for what MV I take I'll wait until my next appointments with my surgeon and RD to ask that. They mentioned taking prenatal Vitamins long ago. At least I don't need to buy tampons.
