My nutritionist gave me a book or a guide with all the food phrases. For Purée there are foods we can eat without blending it as long as you can mash it with a fork. They were foods like: baked/pouched: salmon, eggs. Also, tuna in a can and fat free refried Beans. Fat free ricotta & low fat cottage cheese. I thought that was nice, it gives me less work to blend. I will blend the vegetables since that's what my book or guide says to do.


Height 5'0"
Weight for WLS consultation: 216 lbs.
Surgery date: 2/13/17
Goal: - 71 lbs for healthy BMI (about 145 lbs).
Current weight: 188 lbs
