It's tough. Especially at first. If it helps, I can't think of a bariatric surgery patient (including me) who hasn't felt overwhelmed at some point. Stick to it! Good luck!

Just take it one day at a time. Nothing about this journey is easy, but it is so worth all of the effort!

It will seem that way at first, but as you move through the journey, it will get more manageable. Enjoy the journey, take the time to prepare not only your body, but mind and spirit too.
