Good luck with everything ..u got this...I'm still seeing dietician and just saw the Shrink for my follow up and he said I'm all good and he will let the Dr. Know he approved me on his end....now the waiting game of other appointments.

I just had sleeve today. My only problem is I was over thinking everything. Just relax and go with the flow. That is difficult until who arrive in pre on...I was nervous and excited at same time the evening before. God Bless and good luck to all of you March 2nd sleevers
