TheRealMeIsHere! 863 Posted February 28, 2017 (edited) Get creative and have fun with it! FF Greek yogurt (either plain with no calorie sweetener and extract of choice or even unsweetened cocoa) or something like Dannon Light & Fit Greek, Protein pudding, FF ricotta seasoned like stuffed shells, soft cooked egg beaters, pureed FF cottage cheese, strained FF cream Soups (I would add a slice of FF cheese at times) You can get quite creative with Protein powder: chocolate, PB2, ice & Water vanilla, ice, Water, nutmeg & egg beaters vanilla, a bit of SF orange Jell-o or drink mix, water & ice Here are some of mine: https://ormcbariatric.wordpress.com/2012/08/22/thank-you-to-de/.. https://ormcbariatric.wordpress.com/2013/01/07/high-protein-yummy-great-recipes/ Edited February 28, 2017 by TheRealMeIsHere! fjsfls1202 35 Posted March 2, 2017 I can not wait to be able to eat real food these weeks have to hurry up even if it's only 2-3 bites I'm tired of liquids and mush sleeved on 02/17/17 It does go pretty fast though. Try not to think about it to much. Now that I'm on soft foods, just about everything makes me nauseous and I find myself better off on Protein shakes and liquids. Back when I was on it, I hated itSent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App 1 kaleishab89 reacted to this

fjsfls1202 35 Posted March 2, 2017 I know what you mean. It was tough going. I've given up red meat too. Most of the fish make me nauseous. I can handle ground chicken and vegetables, but only a couple of tablespoons.Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
