For those of you from the south....I'm getting sleeved tomorrow ironically on Fat Tuesday!! Anyone else getting sleeved tomorrow the 28th?

Hi Risa900! It will get better every day!! My doc said I don't need Protein Shakes, thank goodness! The Protein shakes killed my stomach before surgery and after. I'm on puréed now and she said to get my protein from Beans, since they have protein and Fiber. They push a Mediterranean diet, so fruits veggies and fish. Good luck to you!
