Peepers444 4 Posted February 26, 2017 Hi all I am currently in the throws of the two week pre op Diet. My Surgery is scheduled for the 11th March and was wondering if you had suggestions of what I will need in regards to food for after my op as i am trying to make a little shopping list so that I can have everything ready when I return. _Kate_ 2,224 Posted February 27, 2017 My husband made me home made Soups and we froze them in large ice cube trays. That and Protein Drinks were my staple foods once i was on full liquids. Don't buy too far ahead as your tastes may change. Best wishes for the surgery
klette0147 91 Posted February 28, 2017 Atkins shakes, Skyr yogurt, home made pureed Soups eg Cauliflower cheese Soup.< br>Sweat onion and garlic in butter, add chopped cauliflower and 2 Kallo organic chicken stock cubes in 1 litre Water. Cook until cauliflower soft, then blitz with processor. Optional - melt in grated cheese or cheese triangles for added flavour/protein. x
