elvanie 12 Posted February 26, 2017 This has been an emotional journey. Im 2 days out and still in the hospital. All and all the experience has not been a bad experience. Im still in the hospital tryong to get.the pain managed. I had a shower for the firdt time since surgery today, it felt like heaven. thiasmom 18 Posted March 18, 2017 When I had my sleeve in November 2016 I was in pain and had to stay two days in hospital because my esophagus was swollen & I couldn't even keep Water down the first day. I was in pain for a whole week I took my liquid pain medication and i was pain free after that. Sara1981050 25 Posted March 19, 2017 I got gastric sleeve last January 9 two weeks and six weeks later but I have nothing painful after my surgery my recovery been quickly but nothing bother me I'm been staying at hospital for two days they I got home but I get good night sleep FINALLY! When I'm at hospital I walk one-two lap but I will see dr baker this April for weight in how much I'm lose weight since I had gastric sleeve doctor tell me eat healthy food but I do eat slow not quickly..
