Mxlisa 1 Posted February 26, 2017 I had my sleeve surgery 22 days ago and I find I'm crying A LOT! Either because of pain, or nausea or diarrhea or just feeling very uncomfortable. I'm also weak and tired and I wonder how much longer I have to go through this phase. I'm new to the group and would appreciate any support. Thank you. Enzo'sMama 0 Posted February 26, 2017 i had my sleeve surgery around the same time as you and also suffer from depression. My saving grave has been walking and indulging in the Inspire Protein Shakes. http://www.bariatriceating.com/product-category/bariatric-protein-powder/. The whey Protein is very.gentle on my stomach and the flavors are delicious! My favorites are Peanut Butter cup and chocolate covered cherry. Hope this helps! sleevinpops 303 Posted February 26, 2017 We have gone through a pretty significant change, and while we prepared for some time before hand, it is now a reality. You need to remember all of the reasons that you made the decision, think about all of the things in life you have wanted to do, but before may not have been able to.This is a lifestyle change, which in the long run, will be worth it. Walking has been a great solution to a lot of the gas and pain during recovery. Try to walk 15 minutes every hour. Wishing you all the best!
