4days Post Op - Full liquid diet.

Hi everyone!

My names Liz. I'm 24 & I had my surgery done last Tuesday on Feb.21st. Today is my last day on my clear liquid diet.. I am so ready to add something new to the mix tomorrow I start the full liquid diet phase and I was hoping you guys could share some ideas and recipes with me for this week . if anyone has questions for me as well about my experience so far please feel free to ask ?

Hey, I'm still on full liquids and I have zero (0) recipes but I have tons of Protein shakes and every strained creamy Soup I can imagine. I'll be following this post to see if anyone has ideas to make my last week of this phase more bearable! Congrats on your sleeving

I saw another post where someone said that bariatriceating.com had a lot of recipes. Haven't gone there yet, but plan on using it.

I had my surgery on 2/15 and don't have any liquid recipes but was tired of chicken/beef/veggie broth and found comfort in Tomato soup!! It was delicious!! Also I got egg drop Soup from my neighborhood Chinese restaurant and the flavor was delicious as well.
