Carol94303 23 Posted February 25, 2017 I had my surgery, on 2/22. I've been struggling with drinking fluids. As soon as I drink I feel pain on my shoulder and chest area. I'm wondering if I need to walk more. I figure I should count my steps with my fitbit. Anyone have a suggestion on how many steps I should do a day? 1 thenewdanni78 reacted to this
sleevinpops 303 Posted February 26, 2017 Carol, the Fitbit is great. But start by just trying to walk 10 minutes each hour. You will be amazed how many steps you'll get in! If you get a Fitbit, I'm in a group of other sleevers that have regular step challenges. If you want to join in, friend me on Fitbit at vban@charter.net 2 thenewdanni78 and dvmp61 reacted to this
