Big_fine 13 Posted February 25, 2017 I have been on my liquid diet 4 days now surgery is March 1st. I'm so scared. I slipped and ate some chicken last night. I was doing so good until I was asked to cook last night for my girls and my husband. I know I shouldn't have but nobody is perfect. Has anyone post or Pre op gone through this? I tried so hard but my mind took over and won. I regret that I did it.Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
kempermorris 144 Posted February 25, 2017 Just get back on it & stay focused. If cooking is going to make you fall off the wagon don't cook. Family needs to be supportive. This is probably the hardest thing I ever did. 2 week fast was hard. As long as you don't cheat again you'll be fine. Good Luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App 1 mylighthouse reacted to this
Big_fine 13 Posted February 25, 2017 Thanks@kempermorris. I honestly felt so bad I was so angry with myself. I will not do it again surgery is so close. No one was here with me after my husband went to work but my 4 year old daughter she doesn't understand what's going on. I need self control [emoji30] Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

lindsaybrumfield 2 Posted February 27, 2017 My surgery is in the morning. (Yay). I am recently a single mother to a 5 year old. I live in south LA where all the flooding took place in August so our lives have been turned upside down in the past 6 months. I've slipped on my liquid diet. It happens. We are human. Don't feel bad about it. Just know this is a legit mental thing from here on out. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
