That's temporary. Now that I've lost weight, working out is much easier.

Yesterday, my daughter went to the bus stop and forgot her phone. I ran all the way down the street to catch her, nearly 1/4 of a mile, with no effort. I wasn't winded. My knees didn't ache. I'm not a runner, and I've never been able to run any distance.

It gets easier. I promise.

It gets so much easier! My family goes to an amusement park every summer and two summers ago I thought I was going to have to ask for a wheelchair. Last summer I kept up with even my six year old!
