TheDefiler54770 20 Posted February 24, 2017 I was eating brown sugar flavored cream of wheat less than a week after surgery. But that doesn't mean that everyone can do that.Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Airstream88 361 Posted February 26, 2017 Truvia makes a brown sugar blend I've used in recipes but I am 4 months out from surgery, not 2 weeks. My NUT guidelines was that sugar (any - cane sugar, brown sugar, etc) shouldn't be one of the first 5 ingredients and shouldn't be more than 6gms per serving. Can you figure out how many grams of sugar each serving would contain?
