ebarclay 33 Posted March 9, 2017 That's awesome I have my surgery on Monday and can not wait! How did u do on the liquid diet? I'm struggling horribly
elvanie 12 Posted March 9, 2017 Im off metformin as well and doing great without it. I struggled on the liquid diet. I had to drink 5 shakes a day, but some days i still felt hungry. I did cheat a couple times and ate a slice of cheese and a piece of grilled chicked once. I told my surgeon about it before surgery and ge said I was still ok for surgery. I guess I had some good cheats :-) 1 Kenlybop reacted to this

ebarclay 33 Posted March 9, 2017 I'm the sole provider of food for my kids and I end up picking at their food every night
elvanie 12 Posted March 9, 2017 That is hard. I was fortunate that my mother in lae lives with me and does most of the cooking. I stayed out of the kitchen as much as possible, but my husband eat junk food in front of me all the time. Thats a steuggle, but the fear of dumping keeps me on track.
