Hi looking for support and guidance. I'm almost 2 years out and have yet to make it to onederland, I've actually gained weight. HW 305 SW 298 CW 242 , post op I lost 80 lbs in total, but been stuck at between 231-235 for over 6 months. I can't say that i am without fault cause I've been eating what I know i should not have, I realize more now that I eat when I'm emotional, and the problem is that I'm more emotional than ever cause my husband and I are currently separated because of adultery. I'm not dealing with this well and though it was me to tell him to leave , I feel torn and because of this I'm turning to food. I feel like I'm functionally depressed but Im scared that Im moving quickly backwards with my weight and I dont know what to do. Please of anyone can help me get back on track, Im listening. Thanks
