I've been feeling discouraged lately! The scale hasn't moved in a week and I started work again on Monday. I haven't been able to work out and I just feel really sad. I drink two Protein Shakes and 2 meals a day no Snacks and a lot of Water. My NUT said I should hit 800-1000 calories a day and I only hit around 500-600 a day. And I have rheumatoid arthritis and the pain came back this week so painful that's another reason I don't work out...

Sorry for the rant/post just needed to write something down.

I'm 5 weeks post op too and I have RA as well. I haven't been able to exercise because of pain in my ankles.






I was pain free until around week 4 and it all hit me. It sucks so much. What pain medication do you take if any?

It is frustrating when your mind is willing but your body isn't able.






Yes this is me exactly!!! Right now I just take Tylenol but I'm probably gonna go see the specialist and see what they have to offer.. I need to lose more weight and not feel so bleh lol
