Mind over matter, the first couple days will make you hangry. But by the 3 and 4th day its not an issue, at least for me. I even forgot to make my "dinner" last night.

I was just irritated a lot very sluggish no energy lol third day I'm much better

Also just went through my 1st pre-op diet day. I was surprisingly not that hungry but VERY tired all day. Got home from work and was asleep by 6pm. Hence why I'm wide awake at 3:30am lol. Good luck! Hopefully this stage goes by as quickly and painless as possible!

Same after 3/4 days the hunger seems to go its strange how much your body can live on after surgery is a strange feeling I did not feel hungry one bit ? Even now I can take it or leave it . Good luck in ur journey .
