anndriar15 35 Posted February 22, 2017 WALK.... WALK... WALK.... Did I say WALK again!!!! The gas has to be released, in order to do so you have to move around, trust me I know, everyone knows that they aren't a happy feeling. I would highly suggest Gas-X Strips, they work wonders, I'm only 1 month Post-Op and I faithfully keep them in my purse along with Zofran, have to stay prepared at all times. 2 jhemp85 and dyemond11 reacted to this

Just want a healthy and speedy recovery for us both. Thanks so much, praying the same for you as well. No gas pains for me just some pains with the healing. Nothing major, my PA said get tired of doing a WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING for 2 weeks. Nothing more than nothing until she sees me in 2 weeks. So I'm doing just what the Dr.Ordered......NOTHING[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23], and staying hydrated. 2 anndriar15 and jhemp85 reacted to this
