mariasja 4 Posted February 22, 2017 Has anyone been this slow? I'm eating 600-800 calories. Getting im 80 grams of Protein and 96oz of Water and walking 2-3 miles per day. Any advice will help, I'm feeling unmotivated.
DebSmiles 62 Posted February 22, 2017 I'm only a few weeks ahead of you, but I too lost weight slowly in the first few weeks. Just keep doing what you are doing. I was told the first 4-6 weeks should be focused on healing. Looks like you are getting plenty of Water and Protein, so just give it some time. The last couple of weeks, I've had nice losses and I'm in week 6. 3 msbee53, Sosewsue61 and thenewdanni78 reacted to this

bitingcat 87 Posted March 10, 2017 It took me well over a month to get back to my DOS weight. And everyone in the universe seems to stall at 3 weeks. 1 msbee53 reacted to this
msbee53 6 Posted November 12, 2017 Yes I’m at 3 weeks and I have maintained the same weight for a good while now? Can’t wait to see those numbers go down? I have lost some inches though! 1 JFrancisco reacted to this
JFrancisco 2 Posted November 28, 2017 I feel the same way. My surgery was nov17 and I was 20 pounds down. Well, I gained a few pounds back. Now, I have a 14 pounds total. This is day 10 after my surgery. I am so annoyed. I have been walking and using my elliptical. I am really annoyed. I want to drink a lot of Water but I can’t because my stomach will start to hurt. Is that normal? I feel very sad and regretful at this moment. I want to see more results. And just calmed my thirst. [emoji24]
