ambermagdalena 6 Posted February 21, 2017 So today was my official 1 year follow up (technically 2/15/17 is one year) and I met all of my goals! 115lbs down, under 35 bmi, and 60% total weight loss! I just am so happy and excited! Wow! I can't thank everyone enough for believing i could break a lifetime of poor habits, body image and health in a year! So excited! I am being sleeved on 18 April 2017 so just starting this adventure. I am also 5'8. My starting weight was 248lbs, I'm down to 226 according to my house scale which is usually off a few pounds . Today is my 1 yr and i was 318 at heaviest 306 dos and 220 now. Ive been stuck at almost same weight for 5 month and i found out today i need more protein.... i really hope it will help i want to loose another 30-40 lb. Im so happy for you! U can do it!
