Hi could please share your diet that you follow. I am at 16weeks and not seeing much results

I log everything in fitness pal. I try to stay at 800 cals a day. My Protein goal is 65-100 gms daily. Sometimes I have to use Protein Shakes to achieve that. I stick to lean meats, and I eat something about every 2-3 hours. I have learned not to let myself get too hungry.

I walk 2-3 times a week, and I go to the gym 3 times a week.
