Dianeg 18 Posted February 20, 2017 Does anyone use any cool apps to track weight loss?
eclecticavatar 5 Posted February 21, 2017 MyFitnessPal is pretty boring, but you can choose how many months or years you want to see in your progress data, and the little graphic line plummeting downward is pretty great! 1 Dianeg reacted to this

PatientEleventyBillion 851 Posted February 27, 2017 I second MyFitnessPal.. but all my fricken nurses/doctors/dietitians have access to it so I use Fitbit's app instead.
orionburn 1,024 Posted February 27, 2017 I do my food journal through MyFitnessPal so I just track my weight in there as well.
RebeccaL 4 Posted March 2, 2017 I recommend the "Baritastic" app. It tracks food, Protein, weight, Water, goals, exercise, measurements. There is a journal you can use, you can set up reminders to take Vitamins, take a walk or anything else you want to remember to do. I found it a few weeks after my surgery and have used it daily since.
