Captain, check out www.bariatriceating.com, they have some incredible recipes (including pizza, meatloaf, general Tao chicken, pulled pork and so much more!). Also look at http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/. It is another great site with great recipes and ideas. Got are geared towards Bari patients so all low carb, low sugar and high Protein. Good luck, I look forward to hearing about your progress!

There are a ton of meal planning services you can use.

Emeals.com has paleo and low carb plans you can subscript to

PlateJoy.com has a meal plan you can tailor to your needs. Ketogenic, low-carb , paleo.

They suggest meals for you and then give you a shopping list and you cook them up. Both also offer lunch plans too and links to shopping lists for your phones. There are at least 3 or 4 more that you can research too.

You said you were lost and even if you signed up for a few months it could start you in the right direction until you get a handle on things.

Check around for online support groups. There are some on FB among other places. Getting on My BariatricPal every day helps.
