Yes, I always use a food scale, especially to weigh meats and Proteins. I use a measuring cup for yogurt.

The food scale is great because it is really an accurate way to know just how many ounces of Protein you are getting, which works great when you're using myfitnesspal.

Never I just eat until im full which does not take much food 2 months 18 days post op and I'm on track loosing weight .
