Hey guys, just wanting to know if anyone from here is from Perth in Australia? Is there a particular group anyone chats in? I'm two months post surgery and it's going slow but well, however I'd love to chat with people in the same boat as me. My friends just don't get it and I'm feeling pretty lost. I'd love recommendations for someone who could coach/train me food wise (I'm so bored with food) and exercise NOR. I need someone who gets it all to help keep me encouraged and give some advice!
