Advice on getting in the protein

Resha - I know you are well past the liquid stage but at I also know Protein Shakes are sometimes still being used your point. If you are still having trouble getting your Protein in I was going to select nectar shakes. They come in a ton of flavors (fruit, latte, cappaccino) You can order a sample pack through MyBariatricPantry.com and tell them the flavors you'd like to try. It is a little pricey. I spent around $25 for the sample pack of 10 which includes shipping. Then after you find a flavor or flavors you like order the canister. Good Luck!
