Bariaticlearner17 1 Posted February 13, 2017 I had my sleeve the 8th of February. I'm actually feeling said. I was 220 now I'm 209. But I can't even be happy because I feel weak and sick. I drink like 3-4 gulps of the shake but it so I satisfying. If I laugh sneeze or anything of this sort my right side hurts a lot. And the stomachs on the left. But it's not even that pain I think that is getting to me it's the hunger. Oh I would like to mention this aswell my doctor gave me a patch for my ear for vomiting. I have not vomitted once. But I stoped it because I herd it can make your vision bad and I've been experience this. I'm worried. I have a question all my doctors paper says is for three weeks all I can have is Jello broth popsicle Water and Protein Shake. I have broth once a day. Popsicle maybe twice. Jello maybe every other day. My question is if I have low fat yogurt or sugar free apple sauce will something bad happen to me.
Anthrodiva 11 Posted February 13, 2017 You shouldn't have yogurt or applesauce till your dr clears you for puréed foods. If you have them you will possibly slow down your healing and set yourself back.

Jell-O comes right up [emoji20] IDK why at the hospital it was OK... Home it isn't... The Protein Shakes make me gag every sip some I drink it right before a nap.... Broth is okay, tea is okay.... Anything colf after 2 sips I gotta pause.... I can't wait to start on puree......
AZLoser 103 Posted February 14, 2017 Stick to liquids until you're cleared. It will go by quickly. You're weak because you had major surgery last week. Allow yourself time to heal. It gets better every day.
findingdanielle 7 Posted February 21, 2017 I had my sleeve on 2/14. One of my favorite things is unflavored Protein powder in a non fat, sugar free hot chocolate. I can drink 12 ounces in about an hour. Maybe try it and see how it works...
