PatriciaBe 0 Posted February 13, 2017 Hello, I need help please. I had my lap band surgery in 23 November 2016. My band is 9 CC filled so far. Before I did the surgery my weight was 82 kg (180.77 pounds) and my height is 174 cm (5.7). We are now in Mid February and my weight is only 78 kg (171 pounds). I am feeling like I am not loosing weight. Is there any problem? I am starting to regret that I did the operation from the first place. I am so frustrated and sad. Can someone please help me. Thanks! PatriciaBe 0 Posted February 13, 2017 I work from 9AM to 4 PM. I am a translator so most of my work is done while sitting on my desk. I try to walk at least two hours per week. I have 2 kids so it's kind of difficult to exercise more. With the band restrictions I am eating less than I used to do before. I am not on a specific diet. I eat whatever I make or see in front of me ! I asked my doctor if I should be on a specific diet, he said not now!
grammy4 17 Posted February 13, 2017 I didn't lose quickly at first, either, but now, 2 years in, I'm down 100 lbs. Hang in there. Get more active!
autumnleaf 3 Posted April 27, 2017 wow 4 months in and they have you that filled. keep a food journal that really helps track when you get hungry and what your consuming. are you getting enough Protein are you able to eat too much at one time . do you snack at your desk. I have the hardest time with that . my job is typically behind a desk and i want to always chew on something lol its a really hard habit to break
