LittleLizzieLilliput 919 Posted February 13, 2017 I'm pretty sure my nighttime hunger is real hunger, not head hunger. I try to drink as much Water before bed as possible but I generally just go to bed pretty hungry. But it's my new hunger, not my old hunger, so it doesn't have the same demands to be filled.
