Talk to your house mates and kids. My husband (who is not overweight) eats his Snacks after I head up to bed. If he is going to eat pizza we buy the personal size. I make a point of eating before him on the night we eat different food. I leave the kitchen and since I'm full his pizza doesn't bother me.

Talk with everyone and ask for their help. Brainstorm ideas. Do your children need a healthier diet? Maybe everyone needs a reboot. Good luck.
