KatyasMommy 56 Posted February 13, 2017 We sure do!! My name's Mandy, I'll be having surgery Friday in Houston! I think I might be getting the sleeve though. Last I spoke to my surgeon, he told me to think about switching since I'm currently low in Iron.< /p> 1 JTaskah reacted to this
shawnak911 60 Posted February 13, 2017 I'm having surgery on Wednesday February 15th in Northern California. My program didn't require a liquid diet. So I'm lucky. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app

JTaskah 0 Posted February 14, 2017 I won't get the time until Wednesday after 5:00. I go Wednesday to sign consent forms. Read them over- it is pretty scary but I feel like it is what I need to do. What time do you guys go?

JTaskah 0 Posted February 20, 2017 I threw up this morning after taking a potassium ground up into a spoon full of sugar free chocolate pudding. Sitting here hoping I did not do any damage to my stomach. I am not going to re-take it, I will wait until my next dose and try again. I see the doctor tomorrow for a follow up. Hope things are improving for you. My nutritionist said it would be difficult reaching the Water and the Protein goals and not to worry too much just keep sipping! Sugarnspice 150 Posted February 21, 2017 I drank about 40oz today that and some broth maybe a spoonful of Jello literally no more
JTaskah 0 Posted February 21, 2017 (edited) Saw my surgeon for follow up appointment. The requirements are nearly impossible to meet the first few weeks. His advice was stay hydrated, take all of your prescriptions and try getting your Protein. Do the best you can but don't worry. It gets better. How are you feeling? I am more hopeful. Still some discomfort but better each day. Hope you are well! Edited February 21, 2017 by JTaskah
