cesantan 33 Posted February 12, 2017 Hello everyone! I am reaching the end of my 4th day after surgery and I must admit, this recovery has been extremely rough on me. I've been in excruciating pain. My entire left quadrant, both upper and lower are extremely sore and sensitive to touch. My ribs hurt, I could barely walk on my own, I can't stand, sit or even move without assistance. I was barely even able to talk. (( I'm not gonna get into details about the gas part.. it hurts to even remember it )) I am making progress.. slower than a turtles pace.. but some progress is better than no progress.. right? *baby steps* I was in the hospital a little longer as well. Not being able to walk was a setback for me. Thankfully there was a Nurses assistant by the name of Charles (( my angel )) who was determined to help me get out of there. I am forever grateful for that man being there. This is just an update on my post-op experience. Don't want to discourage anyone. If anyone could relate and k ow of anything that can help me.. please! Please! Please!!! Let me know. At this point I'm open to anything. The gas is the worst, still have it. Today I feel the best thoughIf anyone uses Young Living Essential Oils, DiGize on your stomach vita flex point gets those bubbles moving. My throat is sore today, first time I've noticed
