1-to post how I was before surgery, where my mindset was towards food/exercise, & to put before pics in there so that I can go back & see my progress

2- to chart my new journey!!

I haven't told my mom abt the surgery, but I have talked abt it, and she said you don't need nothing like that your good the way you are, she so sweet! But I have been fighting this weight for years.
