Does anyone ever feel like they aren't doing this right? I just feel like I am winging it.... Trying my best to follow doctor's orders. Just feel lost sometimes.

I feel the same way. I'm 2 weeks post op and today I ate Chex mix. Wasn't even thinking about it until about the 2nd bite. No problems so far. It's hard to break bad habits

Right there with you. I'm just over two weeks post surgery and I'm behind on Protein goals for a few days now. Nauseous for most days now too.
