Looks like we had our surgery on the same day. I am sooooo jealous that you get to eat mushies!!! I NEVER thought I would say that! I still have 9 days until I get to eat something solid. I am nervous about eating my first meal too. Good Luck!

Yeah, the doctor moved me up last night...I was super excited! I'm pretty well healed, and he said to try it out. If I feel it's not going down or am struggling, to go back to liquids. I had a Soup last night, tossed a couple chicken pieces with the veggies in it...It was just a little bit thick, but it was so good. LOL Not much different than what I have been doing...it's all in the brain!
