I gained 6 pounds when I stopped taking Protein Shakes for a month but I got back on track as soon as I saw that happen. orionburn 1,024 Posted February 9, 2017 Don't chase the scale. It's a bad habit to get into. I know we want to see it going down nonstop but it just adds stress. If you're going to weigh yourself do it at the same time of the day, like first thing in the morning.
